The facility is family owned and operated. It has been part of the family since 1972 when Eddie Binns purchased the property a cotton gin existed along with the farmland. In 1980, the Binns Winery was established and wine was produced for twenty years from local vineyards. The Mademoiselle Winery rented the facility in the early 1990s which was ran by the LesCombes family from France.
During this time the exterior stage was constructed from a grant donated by the NM Arts Council. Several wine festivals were enjoyed by many of the community and the outdoor concerts were popular. Since 1996 Xavier Mendoza and Cindy Binns-Mendoza have taken great pride in maintaining and renovating the property to continue to offer the community a great place to gather for special events and social gatherings.
